Liability Waiver for Blacksmith Experiences

Thank you for choosing to do a blacksmithing experience at Warrior Forge Blacksmith Shop. In order to participate in a Warrior Forge Blacksmith Experience (WFBE), a waiver must be filled out for all participating adults and minors. Minor Liability waivers must be filled out by the minors legal guardian. Failure to sign the liability waiver is cause for forfeit of all deposits.
